Events Supplemental Terms

 

 

These Events Supplemental Terms (“Supplemental Terms”) govern your access to and participation in events (“Events”) facilitated by the Koda Discord bot and organized by EdgeFox & Co (d/b/a Koda) (“Koda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

These Supplemental Terms are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the Koda Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Discord Supplemental Terms. By registering for or participating in an Event, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Supplemental Terms in addition to all other applicable agreements.

 

1.1 Service Description. Events may include giveaways, contests, tournaments, seasonal campaigns, community challenges, or similar activities hosted or facilitated through Koda. Participation may require interaction with bot commands, forms, or linked platforms.

 

1.2 Voluntary Participation. Participation in Events is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to enter or continue participation. By joining, you agree to abide by these Supplemental Terms and any Event-specific rules.

 

1.3 Availability. Events may be limited in time, scope, or geographic availability. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify Events at our discretion.

 

2.1 Age Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Events require compliance with Koda’s minimum age (13 years or older) and applicable Discord rules. Some Events may have stricter age or regional requirements due to legal restrictions.

 

2.2 Prohibited Users. Users banned or suspended from Koda, Discord, or previous Events are not eligible to participate.

 

2.3 Compliance with Law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.

 

3.1 Registration. Entry into Events may require registration through Koda commands, Discord interactions, or external forms. False or misleading entries may result in disqualification.

 

3.2 Conduct. Participants must behave lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, manipulation of outcomes, use of automated scripts, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is prohibited.

 

3.3 Event Rules. Specific Events may include their own rules (e.g., number of entries, prize eligibility, submission guidelines). Those rules are incorporated into and enforceable under these Supplemental Terms.

 

4.1 Nature of Prizes. Prizes may consist of virtual currency, premium access, digital items, or other rewards. Unless expressly stated, prizes do not have cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, property, or services outside of Koda.

 

4.2 Odds and Fairness. Giveaways or chance-based Events shall disclose odds of winning where applicable. Unless otherwise specified, odds depend on the number of entries received.

 

4.3 Substitution. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the original prize becomes unavailable. We are under no obligation to provide cash alternatives.

 

4.4 Delivery. Prizes will be delivered via Discord, Koda, or email, as appropriate. Failure to claim or accept a prize within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture.

 

5.1 Premium Access. Some Events may award premium subscriptions, premium currency, or premium-only items. Premium rewards are subject to Koda’s Premium Terms and may expire if not claimed or redeemed within the required period.

 

5.2 Complimentary Rewards. Complimentary or comped rewards are discretionary, provided “as is,” and may be revoked at any time. Comped rewards create no entitlement to continued premium access or features.

 

6.1 No Warranty. EVENTS AND PRIZES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

6.2 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN AN EVENT OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE.

 

6.3 Disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Supplemental Terms, attempts to manipulate the outcome, or engages in conduct detrimental to the fairness or integrity of the Event.

 

7.1 By Us. We may cancel, suspend, or modify any Event at any time for reasons including technical issues, fraud, legal restrictions, or insufficient participation. We are not responsible for incomplete or lost entries due to technical failures.

 

7.2 By You. You may withdraw from an Event at any time. Withdrawal does not entitle you to compensation or substitution of prizes.

 

7.3 Survival. Provisions relating to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and prize rules shall survive termination of an Event.

 

8.1 Governing Law. These Supplemental Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

8.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Supplemental Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
